The guest house is approximately 10 minutes' drive from the public Parc Eduardo VII, while the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte is nearly 25 minutes' walk away. The Duques Villa Luxury Guesthouse Lisbon is situated 2.3 km from Santo Antonio de Lisboa Roman Catholic Church, which is considered to be a sacred site.
